Free, donation based, community yoga class at the beautiful Inn on Broadway.
This all-levels flow is designed to help you reset, reconnect, and recharge in a stunning, historic space in the heart of Rochester. Whether you’re brand new to yoga or deepening your practice, you’ll leave feeling grounded and refreshed.
Please bring your own mat and any props you like—props will not be provided.
Refreshments will be provided after class :)
